How to Use: Dispense one full stopper of oil under your tongue, swish it around a little or let it sit for 60 seconds, then swallow. Take before breakfast, and right before bedtime.
Recommended Daily Dosage:
- A full dropper contains 1 ml or 20 drops. Each drop contains approximately 4.17 mg of CBD.
- Administer orally or mix into water or food.
- Select the level of dosage and determine total daily amount of drops to give based on your body weight.
- Start low and add more if needed. Even at high doses CBD is non-toxic, well tolerated and easily absorbed depending on your body.
